What your customers see

Customers open your menu from a link or a QR code on the table, in English or Arabic. They choose items and a pickup time, and the order reaches your tablet with a short code. WhatsApp opens with the order already typed, so you can reply or call them.

  • Prices include VAT, as Oman's price rules require.
  • Sold-out items disappear the moment you switch them off.
  • Earliest pickup time is now plus preparation time, in 15-minute slots.
  • No payment online. Customers pay when they collect.

This is a working prototype with sample menu items, prices and sales figures. It runs entirely in your browser; nothing you enter leaves it. The real system is designed with you in the design phase.
